Born in Durango and raised in Guadalajara, Mexico, David Herrera was immersed  in the rich cultural tapestry of his homeland. The elegant music of the Teatro  Degollado sparked a lifelong passion for the classics. As a teenager in Mexico City,  he pursued his business degree at the prestigious Universidad Anahuac while  soaking in the grandeur of the Palacio de Bellas Artes concerts. 

David’s vision for the impact of music extended to education. In Toluca, Mexico,  he founded and ran the Indigo Institute, a K-12 school focused on energetic children.  Here, he implemented a program of regular classical music exposure for his 400  students, witnessing its positive influence on their behavior and academic success. 

Recognizing the emotional dimension of well-being, David pursued diverse  therapeutic modalities like Gestalt, Core Energetics, and Family Constellations.  He opened a private practice, incorporating classical music into his sessions to  deepen relaxation and connection for his clients. 

Today, David brings his talents to Santa Barbara, working as a real estate agent  and serving as an ambassador for The Greater Santa Barbara Hispanic Chamber of  Commerce. He uses his expertise to support clients and business owners, actively  contributing to the community’s prosperity.
